How to create an account?

Every customer that wants to buy models on our e-shop and be part of our Discount program has to create an account. By clicking on Registration button on the top of every page you shall see a registration form that has to be filled (at least the needed minimum – marked with red stars). Then just click on Registration below.If, however, you are a one-time customer you don’t have to create an account and go through the Cart by just filling the Shipping address and method of payment and delivery. Your order will be processed and you will receive it.PLEASE, take in consideration that without a proper Registration, see above, isn’t possible to enter Discount program

How to Log in?

All you have to do is click on the Log in button on every page’s top, fill in your e-mail address and password and click Log in

How to make an order?

You have to pick your model:

- Click on any category on the top of the page, choose from menu on the left side and then, finally, choose one model by clicking on Detail.

- Click on New products, We recommend, Pre-orders, Discount and Sales or Second-hand models and choose model by clicking on Detail.

- Type in description words on your model in search box on the right top of every page and hit search. Again, choose model by clicking Detail.

On model’s detail page choose quantity and buy. If you want to proceed with your order click Go to the cart or Back to shopping if you are not finished yet.

In cart you have to choose the delivery and payment method:

Delivery:

GLS
Czech Post
Personal pick-up - advanced agreement only!

Payment:

Cash on delivery
Money transfer (bank, PayPal)
Cash - advanced agreement only!

After that you have to fill in invoice and shipping address if they differ and you are not registered – if you are, just choose the address you have filled in during registration.

Final step is Summary of your order. Take a look at it and if it’s all ok just hit Send your order.

And that’s it! As a confirmation of your order an email shall arrive in no time.

How do I get my order?

If you make an order during working days, we will send it that day usually; the maximum is 2 days, if models are on stock. This doesn’t apply for sending orders to foreign countries – reason is the email correspondence with shipping prices.If you have chosen the Bank money transfer – we will send your models right after we receive your payment.

How to enter a Discount program?

All you have to do is create an account, log in and buy things. Values will be summed automatically and more you buy the bigger discount you get. For more information click on link Discount program

How sign in for newsletters?

Fill in your e-mail address in the form on the left side.

I, from some reason, don’t wish to receive newsletters anymore?

Click on link in first email you have received after singing in

I want to take a closer look at the models, is it possible?
